Town of Farmville Tax Rate
FY 2013/2014 Budget: 0.49%
Tax notices are mailed out to taxpayers on July 31st or August 1st. Taxpayers are offered a 1% discount if bills are paid by August 31st. Bills are considered delinquent after January 5th of the following year. Once delinquent, bill amounts accrue 2% interest on January 6th and ¾% monthly thereafter.

- Is your income less than $19,700?
If you answered YES to these three questions, you may be eligible for homestead property tax relief. The appraised value of your residence can be reduced by the greater of $20,000 or 50% of the appraised value of the residence.
